Terms of Service

The Assessment is a 25-question behavioral diagnostic tool produced by Tech Leadership Solutions. It scores your leadership behaviors across five categories and generates a personalized report. The Assessment is available as a standalone purchase or as part of a paid coaching membership.

You must be at least 18 years old to take the Assessment. The Assessment is intended for technology professionals and leaders.

The Assessment is available only to paying customers of Tech Leadership Solutions who have completed a qualifying purchase. Access is granted through a secure link sent to you after payment, or via the “Start the Assessment” button in the client portal.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for misuse, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.

You agree to:

• Take the Assessment in good faith with honest answers
• Use the resulting report for your own development
• Not interfere with the Assessment's security or performance
• Not attempt unauthorized access to the Assessment's systems or data
• Not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to submit answers
• Not impersonate another person or take the Assessment on someone else's behalf

We reserve the right to invalidate any Assessment that violates these conditions.

The Assessment platform, the 25 questions, the scoring logic, the report templates, the AI prompts, and all visual design are owned exclusively by Tech Leadership Solutions and protected by U.S. and international copyright.

The personalized report we generate for you (your scores, narrative, action plan, scripts, etc.) is yours to use for your own personal and professional development. You may share excerpts with your coach, manager, or peers. You may not reproduce the underlying assessment, scoring methodology, or report templates for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The Assessment is an educational and diagnostic tool. The results are based on your self-reported behaviors and are intended to help you reflect on your leadership patterns.

The personalized analysis, action plan, scripts, and other content in your report are generated by AI based on patterns observed in leadership coaching. They are not:

• Professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, or financial)
• Predictions of your future career outcomes
• A substitute for direct coaching or therapy
• Validated psychometric instruments

Individual results vary. We make no guarantees about specific career, business, or personal outcomes from following the Assessment's recommendations.

The “See Where You Stand” section compares your scores to anonymous aggregates of customers who have taken the Assessment, including same-role peers when available. The benchmark is for context only and does not predict your individual outcomes.

Access is granted upon completion of payment, processed through authorized third-party providers. Standalone Assessment purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee; refunds for Assessment access purchased as part of a coaching membership follow that membership's policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Leadership Solutions and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Assessment, your reliance on its results, or any decisions you make based on its recommendations. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Assessment for any particular purpose.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Assessment.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Assessment at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Assessment after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Assessment will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Wyoming, conducted in English. You waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tech Leadership Solutions, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Assessment, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
