Privacy Policy

When you take the Assessment, we collect:

Pre-filled from your customer record:

• Name (first and last)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company or organization

These come from your existing customer record in our CRM. You can review and edit them on the Assessment's intake form before continuing.

You provide directly:

• Your current role level (Individual Contributor through CEO)
• Years in leadership
• Commitment level (1–5)
• Your primary leadership challenge (free text, capped at 500 characters)
• Your answers to the 25 behavioral assessment questions

We compute and store:

• Your scores across the 5 leadership categories
• Your overall score and tier
• Your promotion readiness score

We compute but do not store:

• The personalized AI-generated narrative, action plan, scripts, micro-habit stack, vision letter, and other report content

These are generated freshly each time you load your results page and are not retained on our servers. The downloadable PDF you receive at the end is your only copy — please save it. If you retake the Assessment, new content will be generated and may differ from your previous report.

Automatically collected:

• Limited technical data via standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) for security monitoring and rate limiting

We use your information to:

• Verify that you are a paying customer authorized to take the Assessment
• Score your responses and generate your personalized report
• Save your scores to your customer record for future coaching engagements
• Maintain an anonymous audit log of every Assessment attempt for analytics and recovery
• Send you the Assessment access link by email after payment
• Comply with legal requirements where applicable

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We share data only with vetted third-party service providers that help us operate the Assessment. These categories of recipients include:

• A customer relationship management (CRM) and email platform that stores your customer record, sends your post-payment access email, and saves your Assessment scores.
• An AI content service that receives a subset of your data (your scores, role, years, and stated leadership challenge) to generate the personalized narrative, action plan, scripts, and other report content. The provider we use does not retain this data for model training under their commercial data policy.
• A database service that stores an anonymous audit record of every Assessment attempt — only your scores, role level, years, and commitment level. The audit record contains no name, email, phone, company, or free-text challenge.
• A cloud hosting provider that operates the website infrastructure.

These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not name specific vendors publicly for security reasons; we'll disclose them on request to data-protection authorities or in response to a verified subject-access request.

The Assessment does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. We do not run any third-party analytics tool on the Assessment.

The Assessment stores a temporary session in your browser's localStorage to preserve your in-progress quiz state if you refresh the page. This session expires automatically after 24 hours and is cleared when you start a new Assessment.

• Your customer record (with our CRM): retained until you request deletion
• Your scores in the anonymous audit log: retained indefinitely as anonymous records (no PII)
• Your AI-generated report content (narrative, action plan, scripts, etc.): not retained — generated each time you view your results, and only persisted if you download the PDF
• Your in-browser session (localStorage): expires after 24 hours

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@techleadershipsolutions.com.

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS encryption for data in transit, encryption at rest in our database, multiple layers of authentication, and rate limiting against unauthorized access. We've also minimized the personally identifiable information stored in our audit records so that even an unlikely breach would expose only anonymous score data.

While no online system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information and review our security posture regularly.

You may:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@techleadershipsolutions.com
• Retake the Assessment at any time. Each retake creates a new audit log entry but updates your customer record with your latest scores.

The Assessment is intended for adult professionals only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA:

• The right to know what data we collect and how it's used
• The right to request correction or deletion of your information
• The right to opt out of data sharing for marketing purposes
• The right to data portability

To exercise these rights, email info@techleadershipsolutions.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity before processing any request.

The personalized analysis, action plan, scripts, vision letter, and other AI content in your report are generated by a third-party AI service based on your scores, role, and stated challenge. This content is computer-generated guidance based on patterns observed in leadership coaching practice. It is not professional advice and does not substitute for direct coaching, therapy, legal, financial, or medical guidance.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
